Any ideas for an Assistant Property Mgr. writing a letter to introduce herself to residents? - what letter do i put in to get on blocked sites
Recently, a new job as deputy director of properties in a community dwelling. We manage several properties in the town. The Board has been many changes made over the past 2 months, especially the addition of a site assistant manager, yo! I want to write a letter to all residents to introduce myself, explain what it can do for them, etc. Unfortunately, I am with a bad case of writer's block! I am basically a very good writer, but for some reason I can not imagine how to start this letter .. or at the end .. or something to put in the middle of somewhere else! Ideas?

Frankly, it is likely that most residents do not have the details of what you are worried, but is more about how you can help.
In other words, the highest card on the team as a whole, not just by the fact that you have joined them. Above all, because people come and go at different times may not have much idea that no-one.
Something like:
Dear inhabitants of [apartment complex]
We take this opportunity to quickly) (or back, to know ourselves for you, and make sure that we can be useful for you if you need help.
[Insert here the names of individuals, and perhaps title. Include in your office, what their hours, and what the phone number. If there is a different procedure for the service request, please indicate this point.]
We wish everyone a good Christmas season.
Please let us know if we can help a little!
Best regards,
The management team [the apartment community].
